This is the main step...You MUST have an institutional e-mail account at the University of Thessaly (username & password of the form username @uth.gr).
(New students will receive account details either by automated message on your mobile phone or from the Secretariat. You will be informed about this. It is advisable to monitor the Department's website which contains announcements concerning you).
If you have an account at UTh and you do not use it or have forgotten its password, you must activate it and find the password (this is what you call password recovery) and make sure you have access. It's a good idea to try webmail at the addresshttps://webmail.uth.gr. If you have access to it then everything is going smoothly.
